Joan  has held her Texas Real Estate license since 1986 and has an interesting career life, beginning in the real estate field in the early 80's with Commercial leasing and management. Joan has traveled throughout Texas taking care of Strip centers, Malls and Office buildings.

Joan and her husband Andre, have also owned, managed, and operated their own electrical contracting company,  which they sold . Joan's  personality and eagerness to take the "bull by the horn" (pardon the pun) is apparent in her willingness to help any buyer or seller in any price range.

Joan and Andre live in Van Zandt County on their "Broken Back Ranch" Where they take care and raise Champion Limousins. Joan knows her personal experience in raising cattle is a great asset when helping buyers purchase ranches. "I know what to help them look for,  the size of barns, correct fencing, grasses, land amounts, and other factors that are important to cattle owners." Total dedication and a desire to be the best is apparent in all of Joan's transactions. Joan, also belongs to several organizations including the East and North Texas Limousine Association, and the Canton Lions Club.
